I've always enjoyed fitness and exercise, I love being active and getting outdoors. It's a great feeling helping others on their fitness journey working towards their goals.
I'm passionate about Reformer Pilates because it seamlessly combines strength, flexibility, and core stability. It tests your mind and body, it's great for everyone and all abilities. The resistance of the Reformer machine is both challenging and gentle on the joints. I love how Pilates enhances posture, mobility, and leaves your body feeling balanced after every session.
You’ll find Tilly in the Studio on Monday evenings, Tuesday evenings, Thursday mornings, Friday mornings and alternating Saturdays.
Zoe
I found Reformer Pilates a couple of years ago, not long after I’d had my daughter, and once I’d had my first session I was hooked! I love that it’s mindful movement that’s also effective in improving strength, posture and mobility. The reformers are so versatile and offer a huge range of exercises. I recommend it to everyone and anyone! You can take from it what you need and start to feel the benefits in just a few sessions.
I’m looking forward to meeting you all and helping you to enjoy Reformer Pilates as much as I do!

Hi, I’m Emily and I have been a Personal trainer and nutrition expert for just over 3 years! When I was younger I played football & had a knee injury which was very hard to recover from but Pilates was my savour!!!
When I came back from travelling I decided to also qualify in Pilates so I can teach what I’m passionate about alongside my personal training work - as it really does improve your strength training too!!
Weather you want to come because you enjoy it or you here for rehabilitation purposes I’d love to work with you & join you on your journey through Pilates!
I am qualified in both Mat & Reformer pilates and also have my pre & post natal and orthopaedic conditions qualification alongside this.
Looking forward to seeing you in class!

Hi, I’m Emma - the founder of B. Reformer Pilates.
I began reformer Pilates looking to build strength and improve how I moved day to day and I quickly fell in love with the results. I loved it so much that my husband and I decided to build our own studio from scratch, which was equal parts exciting and exhausting!
I now run the studio and manage everything behind the scenes, making sure it’s a space where people feel comfortable, supported and challenged in the best way.
I’m currently completing my reformer training and can’t wait to start teaching soon.
